If O'Reilly wants to apologize for being an idiot, he has about 16 years of apologizing to do.

It'll be interesting...the case to overturn this health care reform bill is exceedingly weak and thin. BUT, look at this Supreme Court...

But I'm sure not going to wait for this gasbag to apologize if the bill stands.

And I'd bet my last dollar if it were a Repub president who accomplished health care reform with an individual mandate (they used to be in favor of)....Billdo and the FOXPAC hacks would see no issue with Constitutionality. As usual, pathetic!!

I actually think this woman was pretty good, given the one-sided rules of O'Reillydom.

Still, the rule should be never, ever to appear on this network. They are intensely dishonest.

I seriously don't know what people see in this guy. He's so incredibly dense. He's like the stupid uncle who substitutes volume for knowledge. "What Act was that?" he asked about the Militia Act of 1792. How about the sailors and seaman healthcare act from 1798? Or the Social Security Act? Or Medicare? Those ALSO tax you directly through your paycheck.

This guy has what the reviewer for the LA Times said about Sarah Palin, "The confidence of the clueless."

Here the thing... Let's say the SC upholds the law. That Bill oonce held (or STILL holds) the opinion that it's unconstitutional does NOT, in and of itself, make him an idiot.

I disagree with SC decisions ALL THE TIME, and so do many Conservtaives and Liberals alike. That's ALLOWED. And the ability of inability to predict what the SC will do, by itself, does not make one smart or dumb. (It's completely immaterial, in fact.)

What's more, the SC upholding the law's constitutionality does not make it a GOOD LAW any more than striking it down would have made it a BAD LAW. The merits and flaws of any given piece of legislation exist completely independantly of the law's constitutionality.

..As does the fact that Bill O'Rielly is an idiot. Because BEING AN IDIOT is what makes Bill O'Rielly an idiot. And he was an idiot long before Obama even entered politics.

Instead of taxing people who don't have health insurance, why doesn't the law give a big tax break to people who have health insurance? No one would ever doubt the constitutionality there...

O'Reilly's premise is fundamentally bogus. Give me one example of something the government makes me buy? That I do not want. Well, yes, drones and hellfire missles. Bought from a private corporation? Yes. Is there a penalty if I do not pay? Yes, if I deduct from what I owe in income taxes the percentage that goes to drobes and hellfire missles, there will be a penalty. And the penalty will be enforced by the same institution, the IRS, that imposes the penalty for no health insurance. In fact as a Floridian, I have to pay a tax to support our Kleptomaniac governor's lifestyle. And we could go on. It is too bad the guest did not throw O'reilly's premise back in his face.

He should already apologize because the SCOTUS is not ruling on the law. Only on certain portions. Even if they decide against those provisions the law will stand.

That depends on the discussion of severability on Wednesday. Its possible they could strike down the entire law.

No you won't, Bill0. Right-wing authoritarians never, ever, apologize and you, dill hole, are a right-wing authoritarian of the lowest order.

Since the subject came up; here's a link to 'The Authoritarians". It explains the mind set in great detail with plenty of empirical data to support it. It's a whole book for free and, if you're like me, you'll plow right through it and be much wiser for it.
